PSN Video Store for PC looks to be open...if you can find it

I was wanting to poke around on the new Playstation Network Video store today, but I was having a devil of a time finding it. They have this massive banner on the front page of Playstation Store touting it, but there is no click-through. I searched the site up and down, and finally realized that the little grayed out filmstrip icon that says 'Video" at the top is the only way to currently access the store. I overlayed a high quality arrow image on the storefront screen shot below to mark where the entrance is currently at....
