Rumor: Ikaruga coming to America on XBLA?

Last year at the Tokyo game show, Microsoft unveiled an Xbox Live Arcade version of Ikaruga by Treasure Co Ltd.  Check out some screen shots that have been circulating here in the U.S. the last week or so, which could mean a U.S. release is imminent.
