The VITURE Neckband was an interesting peripheral for the VITURE One, but it had its issues. Hopefully, many will be addressed with the VITURE Neckband Pro. VITURE just popped two videos showing off some of its improvements.
Among them are no noise, a more powerful CPU and GPU, no heat, and a lighter design. Battery looks to be increased by 50% so that's exactly what I want to see in this update. Around 3 hours would be perfect for this device. Of course, the longer the better.
There's cameras that will support hand gestures, so that's pretty interesting. Controlling the size of the image should help with some folks who get blurry areas on the edges or corners by shrinking it down a little. Hopefully, there's a bunch more you can do such as controlling the volume, pausing, and skipping media to name a few. The second video shows off the ability to use your voice as well so you've got both hand and voice options in this one.
The original Neckband had a good amount of storage so I'm expecting the same here as well. We'll get more details in a month, but for now check out the announcement video from VITURE.
