Developers are calling Fellowship the first-ever multiplayer online dungeon adventure, or MODA. Fellowship is taking fan-favorite elements of MMOs, MOBAs, and ARPGs. Elements like endgame dungeon runs, a large roster of heroes, cooperative, team-focused gameplay, and tons of loot. All this to help give players a unique, challenging, and accessible PvE dungeon crawling experience. Fellowship will be a premium, not free-to-play or subscription-based title. “Fellowship's most unique feature that will set it apart is how it streamlines the dungeon running experience and how players can take part in endlessly scaling dungeon runs. Instead of grinding and spending hours to be able to access and go on endgame-like dungeon runs, with Fellowship, players can dive right into these type of dungeon runs from the beginning. Unlike other titles, including MMOs, there's no barrier of entry at all – whether it’s time commitment-specific or needing to get through a ton of prerequisite content -- for being able to jump into endgame dungeons in Fellowship.”
Fellowship will have a Closed Alpha playtest on Steam from Thursday, August 15 to Tuesday, August 20. Chief Rebel is looking for fans of MMOs, MOBAs and ARPGs to join the playtest and provide feedback to help shape the game and be part of its development journey.
