More On: Epic Mickey

THQ Nordic, and Disney, along with Purple Lamp, has given an official release date to a remake that was announced earlier this year. September 24th is when the platformer will make it's way to pretty much everything. It is now available to pre-order, and with the preorder, you get a costume pack that includes skins from Steamboat Willie, and Brave Little Tailor. Plus, you'll get to play it 24 hours earlier. The big reveal came with the steel book collector's edition. With it, you get the physical game, a 12 in Mickey Mouse Statue, an Oswald the Rabbit Keychain, a tin Epic Mickey sign, 6 postcards, and that costume pack.

For those of you who aren't familiar, you are Mickey Mouse who had his curiosity get the best of him, by playing with Merlin's brush, and it's opened a crazy new world where Oswald the Rabbit has run amuck, and Mickey must use Merlin's brush to repair and get the worlds back to normal in a platforming clinic. If you want to play it now, it's out on the Wii and Nintendo DS, if you can find those. The game will release for $59.99 USD, and the collectors version will be available for $199.99 USD.
