You may have missed it, but Frontier is bringing Planet Zoo to current-gen consoles on March 26th in the form of Planet Zoo: Console Edition. Today, we have received a first look at console gameplay courtesy of a new trailer that teases the extreme amount of customization, animal species, and structures on offer to construct the zoo of your dreams.
At launch, it will include over 70 animal species, though you can also grab the Deluxe Edition to get access to 16 more, or go big and get the Ultimate Edition, which includes all the above and access to 14 future DLCs that will introduce a whopping 81 additional species.
Planet Zoo certainly has my curiosity, I’m just hoping they can nail the control scheme on a console gamepad. Have a look at a bit of gameplay before you scurry off:
