If you thought to yourself, man, I love League of Legends, but it's just not cozy enough, well that problem may no longer exist. Riot Forge has recently announced that pre-orders for Bandle Tale: A League of Legends Story are now available. This upcoming crafting RPG has you playing as Yordle, one of the many inhabitants of Bandle City. When the city’s portal network goes haywire, it is up to Yordle to restore the balance. Gather, craft, and throw parties to help fulfill quests from people like Teemo, Tristana, Veiga, and other characters from Riot Game’s slightly popular game League of Legends. Unlike League, which I find a real struggle to play without wanting to smash my head into a wall, Bandle Tale will be a laid-back experience, appealing to a broad audience, not just League of Legends enthusiasts, but, cozy gamers too.
Bandle Tale: A League of Legends Story will retail for $24.99. All fans who pre-order the game will receive exclusive digital bonuses, including an equipable Bandle Scout Hat, Bandle Scout Poro, Evergreen Cottage, Yordle recipe and more. A Deluxe Edition will be available for $29.99, and a Collector’s Edition for $149.99 on merch.riotgames.com. The Deluxe Edition contains the base game and DLC bundle including a Poro Pet skin pack, Backpack House Skin Pack, Particle Effect Trails Pack and Secret Menu Pack. The Collector’s Edition contains five Yordle figurines, a Bandle Center diorama Kit, a sticker set, a wooden pin set, a notebook, a hardcover art book, a special Collector’s Edition box and all digital content included in the Deluxe edition.
Bandle Tale: A League of Legends Story will be released on Wednesday, February 21, for Nintendo Switch and PC.
