The latest Photo Channel update
detailed on Nintendo.com has it replacing MP3 support with AAC instead. Why? Nintendo, your machines print money. So you figure saving less than a cup of coffee per machine is a good choice in changing audio format support? Granted the Wii's not really a music playing machine but hey, what's wrong with adding support instead of replacing one for the other? If you don't want to lose MP3 support, don't update to the latest Photo Channel version.
