The first Xbox Developer Direct of 2024 set for January 18th
Microsoft and team Xbox aren’t wasting any time ushering in the new year, as they’ve announced a new Developer Direct event for January 18th at 3pm Eastern Time to share updates on some of their most anticipated games. The stream will check-in with teams from around the world for updates, gameplay footage, and likely some release dates for us as well.
Some of Xbox’s heavy hitters will be there, including MachineGames, which will show off the first gameplay trailer for its Indiana Jones game. Additionally, Obsidian plans to share the first gameplay deep dive for its fantasy action RPG Avowed, Ninja Theory wants to show more of Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2, and Oxide Games has some gameplay ready to go for its historical grand strategy game Ara: History Untold.
That’s a big show, and it will be followed by ZeniMax Online Studios presentation of “The Elder Scrolls Online 2024 Global Reveal”, which will debut the MMORPG’s next major chapter. Buckle up, folks.
