Dying Light 2 welcomes you home for the holidays with new Winter Tales update
Techland’s first Dying Light game enjoyed an extremely long tail in terms of post-launch updates, and as promised, the Polish developer has continued that trend with Dying Light 2. The newest update is called Winter Tales and it is available now across platforms. It features a slew of holiday-themed items and events, such as creepy Santa airdropping “presents”, and even creepier elf zombies known as Naughty Infected.
You’ll be able to collect new holiday themed weapons and decorations, with the ability to decorate your very own Christmas tree – what a nice touch for the zombie apocalypse. Techland is also gifting all players a special gift for the season in the form of a free Hakon Bundle, which includes a paraglider skin, Hakon’s skin, a crossbow, and a bundle of crossbow bolts. The Winter Tales event runs now until January 5th, so be sure to visit your dear old Uncle Snow and his naughty elf zombies this year.
