No not a traditional pro wrestling Battle Royal. A Battle Royale from the likes of PUBG or Fortnite. We got a new trailer today for AEW: Fight Forever showing off Stadium Stampede. A Battle Royale game where 30 wrestlers fight around a stadium until there is one remaining. It looks like there are various powerups you can pick up, cash to spend on upgrades and a circle that closes in on the field bringing players close together.
Well then... when I said I wanted more match types in Fight Forever, this is not what I was expecting. Ill be honest, I probably won't be playing this all that much. Im not a fan of PUBG, Fortnite, Warzone at all. That said I'm sure there are a lot of players out there that will get a kick out of this.
No release date for Stadium Stampede as the trailer says it's a free update and is coming "soon".
