Assemble Entertainment sent us a game called Orbital Bullet back in 2021. It's a rogue like 360 degree shooter where your only goal is to destroy everything. It was kind of a platformer wrapped around a cylinder. You can jump, gather weapons, and blow things up. And of course, when you die, you can build up your guy with starting weapons, or even unlock ones you'll find in the field. There was also a cool skill tree, which gave you permanent upgrades. It was a cool concept with a little bit of bullet hell thrown in for good measure.
It's had a few updates since I picked it up. This was also before I was reviewing games, so I pulled the gameplay video from the Games N Moorer archives. It's already out for PC, Nintendo Switch as well. There's a 20% discount available. Check out the trailer, and the gameplay below!
