A new trailer for AEW: Fight Forever dropped today and it's all about tag team wrestling. The trailer featured the women of AEW including Jade Cargill, Hikaru Shida, Britt Baker, Abadon, Kris Statlander, Nyla Rose, Thunder Rosa, Ruby Soho, Yuka Sakazaki, and even referee Aubrey Edwards.
We see a lot of double team moves but the one thing I like is that it seems that environmental attacks will happen naturally during the match. Moves such as a suplex into the turnbuckles, powerbomb on the steal steps and slams on the ring aprons look like they can happen while you are performing certain moves and don't need to have a specific set up or have a specific move attached to those attacks like the WWE 2K games. Pretty good stuff.
AEW: Fight Forever launches on June 29th for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Series X, Switch and PC.
