The Gaming Nexus Slack has been abuzz with staffers jumping in with their PSVR 2's for upcoming reviews and general gaming. One topic that has come up has been how some of us (myself included) sometimes really struggle with VR and motion sickness issues. Aside from the latest theory that some of this might have more do with yet undiagnosed eyesight deterioration (the standard kind that comes with age) than my initial suspicion that I was just of a weak constitution; another thought I've been looking into is around the number of PSVR Demos available right now, for free, on the Playstation Store.
There is a page on the Playstation Store dedicated to PSVR 2 titles. Some of the top titles there also have free demos to try, like Horizon Call of the Mountain, Resident Evil Village, and the new Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy's Edge. It's not just a great way to try new games if you got the hardware, it's an opportunity to get a feel for a game if you are already on the edge and have yet to earn your VR legs. In this age of digital purchases and no refunds, it's really nice to know what you're getting into before committing $30, $40, or even $60 first. So don't forget to try before you buy.
