Next week will see Lightfall, the next major expansion for Destiny 2, release. There are all sorts of changes coming with the DLC, such as balance changes to make the top-end content more challenging, enhanced weapon crafting, and more in the full year's roadmap. That's to go along with the major narrative focus that sees the light and dark coming together full bore into an epic clash for really the first time in the nine years the Destiny franchise has been spinning it's story. And of course all the new loot, weapons, armors, and even new subclasses that come with major expansions.
I've said it before, Destiny is in it's best and healthiest state of the eight years or so I've been playing, and from what I heard, that first year was pretty rough anyway. I've been hooked this entire pasts season and can't wait to jump into the next year as certain aspects of the game I've long overlooked, like buildcrafting and solo dungeons has really openend up the whole experience in ways that make a nearly decade old game still feel fresh.
