Devolver Digital and Flying Wild Hog have released the definitive version of their first person shooter Shadow Warrior 3 today. This edition comes a free update to previous version owners as well as serves as the native launch edition for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles. Shadow Warrior 3 has Lo Wang and his former employer turned nemesis turned sidekick Orochi Zilla embarking on a mission to capture an ancient dragon that was released from its eternal prison. Lo Wang must traverse uncharted parts of the world to track down this dangerous beast!
So what new content does this update bring? Three new game modes are included, including Hardcore mode, Survival mode, as well as New Game Plus. Next-gen console owners also get the extra treat of performance mode at 60 fps or visual mode for 4k graphics. PS5 owners get the added haptic feedback and adaptive trigger support.
