2K Games to publish Borderlands for Gearbox

2K Games announced today that they will be publishing Gearbox's FPS Borderlands next year.  This sci-fi game will be coming out for the Xbox 360, PS3, and Games for Windows and Gearbox is hoping that the game will be the first iteration in a new franchise for Gearbox.  Hit the jump for more info on the game.
