Scott Kurtz, the creator and artist behind
PvP Online revealed on his
blog that you'll soon be able to download themes and avatars based on his comics. It's a nice addition to the existing Penny-Arcade themes. It is also nice to see Microsoft helping web artists get their materials out in front of people.
