Publisher Bandai Namco has unveiled the official story trailer of their upcoming remaster of Tales of Symphonia, which came out all the way back in 2003 for the Nintendo Gamecube. It then received a Japanese exclusive PlayStation 2 version with additional content, which then launched eventually for PlayStation 3 and PC via Steam. This upcoming iteration of the game includes several new features including updated graphics, improved gameplay, and local co-op.
Symphonia is set in the vibrant world of Sylvarant, a dying land starving of a resource called mana. The legend has it that a chosen one will step up and restore the world... You play as Lloyd Irving and his group of friends as they embark on a journey filled with unforgettable moments and a stirring narrative. The game features a cast of endearing and adorable characters in a unique art-style drawn by renowned artist Kosuke Fujishima. Players get to enjoy classic JRPG gameplay in real-time combat and couch co-op of up to three additional players!
