Wargaming is welcoming the autumn season with some new content with update 0.11.9 for World of Warships. Included in this update is the launch of submarines from the United States and Germany into Early Access. In addition, a number of Operations and a new temporary battle type will be made available in anticipation of Halloween, along with some tweaks to Commanders and some testing of cross-server matchmaking.
