The W has gotten some new features in NBA 2K23 on next gen.
The W now has something that the whole community can work to achieve. There will be six weekly goals for a season and if they can complete four of them then everyone gets an award.
The people who complete the community and personal challenges will receive game changer status. People with the game changer status can make people better with player boosts as well as earning team takeover boosts.
You can now have the chance to play in the all-star game as well as play in the newly added commissioner's cup. When you get the league reputation to level ten then you can add two expansion teams, you can choose the city, create the jerseys, logo, and design the arena.
I will probably not play this mode. I will most likely get the current gen version so I can play a friend and I'm not interested. But I know people will play this and are interested in it and I say they got an upgrade from NBA 2K22.
