Gamescom Opening Night Live announced the first major story DLC for the zombie parkour game Dying Light 2 Stay Human, which released earlier this year.
This expansion, titled Bloody Ties, adds more quests, arena fights, weapons fights, and more! A community update, which released today, also implements a multitude of requested changes such as improved infected behavior, altered spawn rates of special enemies and color grading assets evoking the E3 2019's gameplay trailer. This update is available on PC now, with consoles coming at a later date.
The DLC itself, Bloody Ties, will have players embark on a new adventure. You must reach a new location, The Carnage Hall, as it stands as the epicenter of death, wealth, and splendor. This old building is full of challenges, quests, characters, and unknown discoveries. Players who pre-order this DLC will get access to the Aristocrat Pack, including an exclusive weapon and outfit.
Dying Light 2: Stay Human is out now on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox S|X, and PC. It will also be coming to the Nintendo Switch in the future. In case you missed it, check out Eric's review of it on the PlayStation 5 and John's performance review of it on PC.
The Bloody Ties expansion is coming out on October 13, 2022.
