2012 was a big year for some of us. For instance, that whole Mayan calendar thing. Also, I got married. And who can forget Queen Elizabeth II celebrating her Diamond Jubilee. Lastly we were introduced to Angry Birds. It was a simpler time.
I had no idea but Angry Birds was removed from app stores in 2019, but we’ve been living in a world without the original game for years. But fear not, it’s back. Rovio Classics: Angry Birds has been rebuilt from the ground up while still maintaining the feel of the original 2012 game. “We are extremely grateful to have such an amazing community of engaged fans that care deeply about our games,” says Rovio CEO Alex Pelletier-Normand. “Angry Birds has touched so many people and has been a large presence in mobile gaming. After hearing the outcry from our fans, we just had to find a way to bring Angry Birds back.”
Rovio Classics: Angry Birds is available now in the App Store and Google Play for a price of $0.99.
