NVIDIA continues to round out their lineup with a new lower priced 30 series video card. The GeForce RTX 3050 is made for ray tracing gaming at 60 FPS and priced at an affordable $249.99.
So what does this card have? Here the specs outlined at the CES 2022 announcement:
NVIDIA says it'll be available on January 27th from various board partners. This entry level card, if widely available and at the MSRP, would allow for a lot of people to jump into the ray tracing game without having to spend a ton of money.
It doesn't seem like there will be a Founder's card so look for offerings from other companies such as EVGA, Asus, and Gigabyte to name a few.
