Two zombies posts in a single day, why on earth... Well, I'll tell you why: because I had typed this whole post up before realizing Henry had already got to it and why waste good copy? Especially when there is whole different video to embed!
Call of Duty: Vanguard is incoming and with it.. zombies of course! Treyarch is starting to lift the lid on the latest iteration of the popular game mode. I must admit, Zombies is usually my favorite mode of a Call of Duty game and Black Ops Cold War was no exception. The Easter eggs, the co-op play, the endless waves of increasing difficulty, the power ups that give you the advantage if only for a while. It's good fun.
We're still following the Dark Aether saga this year as well, but for the uninitiated or uninterested I am sure the game mode won't mind if you're not caught up on the backstory. It's there if you want to dig in, but to just enjoy popping bullets into the undead all you really need to know is dark aether is going to give you abilities beyond just gunplay and grenades, as evidenced in the trailer below with the various colored glowing melee weapons. There's loads more info in the official blog post and if you just want to get hyped about another year/another zombie mode all you really need is the trailer in our earlier post, but for those that want to take a longer look at the game, let me present you with this Zombies First Look:
