Wanted: Dead looks like it’s trying to combine the best of two worlds. Instead of focusing on just melee combat the game looks to have some serious gunplay elements in it as well. On top of that the game is set in a, “dark and dangerous version of sci-fi Hong Kong where you will need sharpened skills to survive,” does it get any better?
110 Industries, the developer of Wanted: Dead has recently given us a teaser trailer along with some story information. “Players assume the role of Lt. Hannah Stone, leader of the ‘Zombie Squad’, an elite team who work outside the purview of the traditional police force.” Listen for the great placement of the Wilhelm Scream in the trailer, it really adds icing to the cake for me.
On top of the recently released teaser trailer 110 Industries released another trailer. This one feels like one of those old school viral marketing things you used to see all the time back in the early 2000s.
Wanted: Dead is coming to PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. There’s no release date given for the game yet, but is expected sometime in 2022.
