It was around this time last year that Microsoft announced the delay for Halo Infinite. It was something that needed to be done because Microsoft doesn't want to release a subpar Halo experience for the new Xbox Series consoles. Well today, Microsoft is letting you know the exact date on when it's being released.
December 8, 2021 will see the release of the latest Halo on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and the PC and yes it'll be available on Game Pass. Halo Infinite sees Master Chief back again to save humanity. The story's details are still kept under wraps, but with the game coming out in a few months, we should be getting more details soon.
To commemorate, Microsoft will release a limited edition Xbox Series X Halo Infinite bundle with a console and controller with a distinct design that's pretty cool. The different shades of grey and yellow outlines make it really Halo-esque. The bundle will be on sale for $549.99.
There will also be an Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 Halo Infinite Edition that has a green black color scheme that is reminiscent of Master Chief's armor. That will be available on November 11 for $199.99.
We've got a little over 3 months and one of the most anticipated Xbox game will finally be out. Welcome back, Master Chief.
