Razer had their first keynote for E3 today announcing a couple new products. Arguably the star of the event was the Razer Blade 14.
We're talking a 14" laptop featuring an AMD 5900HX unlocked CPU. AMD's has been killing it on the CPU side of things and the Razer Blade 14's going to be powered by a very fast CPU from team Red. 8 cores and 16 threads highlight this CPU and it can boost up to 4.6GHz. We don't know how long it can sustain that before it gets thermal throttled, but that's a pretty impressive boost speed.
On the GPU side, Razer went with Team Green and is offering three different GPUs. You'll have a choice of either a GeForce RTX 3060, GeForce RTX 3070, or GeForce RTX 3080. That's three very powerful GPUs that will power plenty of current and future games with features such as ray tracing, DLSS, and Reflex.
One of the 14" display features a resolution of 2560x1440 and can refresh up to 165Hz. If you go with the Full HD version for your display, it'll go up to 144Hz.
An all aluminum chassis is machined to perfection and made to be super thin. It should feel really good to the touch and what you expect from a premium device.
And you can also expect the full Razer Chroma feature for the keyboard giving you an incredible amount of color options to type on.
The Razer Blade 14 starts at $1799.99 with the top end $2799.99. You can order them now at Razer.com.
