So, what are we playing?

I have received a
Logitech G923 Racing Wheel and Pedals for review, and it has taken over my life. I've had a copy of
Gran Turismo Sport lying around the house unused for a few years, so I loaded up that bad boy, and I've been screaming around race tracks and shaking my fist at the TV all week long. Right now I've got the entire thing hooked up to a wooden coffee table (not ideal), and it's all I can do to keep from going insane and buying a racing rig and stick shift to go with the wheel. I don't really have any place to keep it, but I could always get the basement finished, right? RIGHT?
I've also been happily playing DC Super Hero Girls: Teen Power from Nintendo. The kids are really enjoying it, and I get a kick out of the pure happiness the title exudes. My review should be live by the time you read this.

Tabletop D&D—well, Slack D&D, the way we're playing it—is really all I've been wrapping my head around lately. I've been away from the game for some 25 years, and now my nostalgia brain is having a go at being a dungeon master again. It's complicated and satisfying. It must be scratching some creative itch I've had for some time now, because I don't embroil myself in angry rants online or take personal jabs at my friends as much anymore. Roleplaying is helping me be less of a jerk in real life. Thanks, D&D!
Otherwise, I'm poking and prodding at my Mass Effect Legendary Edition playthrough. I've already restarted three times since getting it at launch. Once with stock BroShep. Once with a different face and class BroShep. And now with stock FemShep. But Renegade this time rather than Paragon. I adore the OG trilogy but always struggle with the motivation to play games more than once. I have yet to see the actual ending of the trilogy. I suffer from Don't Want It To Ever End -itis. But I think, 14 years after starting it, it's time to finish the fight.
