One fun fact about Hitman 3 [Gaming Nexus score 9.5] is that main dude Agent 47 can social-stealth his way into anything and everything. With that versatility comes all manner of stage settings for the developers to conjure up. The world is their oyster. This "World of Assassination" trilogy—Hitman (2016), Hitman 2 (2018), and Hitman 3 (2021)—ranges from Aspen-covered Colorado to speeding trains through the Carpathian Mountains; from the Burj Khalifa in Dubai to a Knives Out-like murder mystery mansion in Dartmoor.
But it looks like this upcoming Hitman 3 – Seven Deadly Sins series is as much about the thickening plot as it is about the window dressing. Seven episodes are (secretly) mapped out, with Greed leading the way. We see our barcoded protagonist, 47, wake up in a gaudy hellscape of Scrooge McDuck piles of coins, a gold suit that would give Wonder Woman 1984 a run for her money, and some frog imagery. Frogs are apparently a metaphor for greed. Never knew that. Unless, of course, we're talking about Warner Bros.' "Hello My Baby, Hello My Honey" frog. Then I know what you're talking about.
For those that didn't have these pounded into them while growing up in the Catholic church, the Seven Deadly Sins according to Christian teachings are: Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Sloth, Wrath, Envy, and Pride. Those are the DLC titles we can expect for this series.
Hitman 3 – Seven Deadly Sins episodes kick off on March 30. You can find Hitman 3 on literally every current-gen platform: PS4, PS5, XB1, XBSX|S, Stadia, and Switch. (Oops, not on Steam.)
