Whether or not you've been trolling that blue police box around time and space for the past half-century, you know today’s release of Doctor Who: The Lonely Assassins is good news for Whovians far and wide.
Kaigan Games, the studio behind the narrative thrillers SIMULCARA and SIM – Sara is Missing, has developed a new adventure based on the popular “Weeping Angels” storyline of the BBC megahit show.
The Weeping Angels are super powerful, quantum-locked humanoids that send people back in time before they were born in order to feed off the energy of the life they were supposed to lead.
In a release issued late yesterday, Kaigan promises that in this all-new “found-phone” mystery, players will interact with the familiar characters and experience the twists and turns that fans have come to expect in the Doctor Who universe – er, omniverse, we mean.
Doctor Who: The Lonely Assassins is available today on PC, iOS, and Android.
Time Lords with awesome mobile data plans and sick Wi-Fi, rejoice.
