After the announcement of VR shooter After the Fall in late 2019, developer Vertigo Games went quiet about its new game. But after a year of silence, Vertigo has popped up out of cover with a new cinematic trailer for After the Fall, and more details about the VR multiplayer shooter's pending release.
The trailer has a definite action-horror vibe, with a focus on the interaction between the four player characters. Taking place in an alternate universe 2004, After the Fall will allow solo players to take on missions with AI companions. But we all really know what its all about here, and that's 4-player VR co-op.
Gaming Nexus is full of Arizona Sunshine fans, so we fully expect to dive into After the Fall when it releases this summer major VR headsets - with full cross-platform multiplayer support. Vertigo is a company that has proved it can deliver amazing, over-the-top action in VR, so we have very high expectations for After the Fall. Vertigo has promised a gameplay trailer in the coming weeks, so keep an eye out for that. For more details, check out the game's official website.
