The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners is no slouch when it comes to tension and atmosphere. Placing players into chillingly realistic New Orleans neighborhoods, set in the comic book version of The Walking Dead's multiverse (I've just decided that it's a multiverse - fight me), Saints & Sinners tells an appropriately bleak Walking Dead tale in one of the most stunning big-budget VR games yet released.
One of the most successful VR games of 2020, Saints & Sinners has been a huge seller on just about every VR platform, raking in more than 28 million bucks. Most recently, TWD:S&S arrived on Oculus Quest - where it sold ten times more copies than on Rift and Rift S combined. Looks like I invested wisely in my recent Quest 2 purchase - Quest is the place to be.
Further reinforcing that perception is the fact that Quest fans will be seeing a new mode arriving on February 4, in the form of a free update entitled "The Trial". Basically a Horde Mode - in the most literal sense of the term - players will be pitted against wave after wave of the undead, with a break in between rounds to buy and craft new weapons and goodies to take into battle.
