Cyberpunk 2077 devs respond to reports of the game causing epileptic seizures

Earlier today, we reported on a story that certain sequences in Cyberpunk 2077 can cause epileptic seizures. Since the Cyberpunk 2077 Epileptic PSA was posted by GameInformer, developers CD Projekt Red has come under fire for the lack of a warning in the game, as well as not having accessibility options to prevent it in the first place.

To their credit, CD Projekt Red have already taken to Twitter to respond to the reports and have confirmed that they are working on adding a separate warning in the game. Moreover, that they’ll also be exploring a permanent solution and implementing it as soon as possible. 

It’s too early right now to say when that solution will be patched in but it’s reassuring to know CD Projekt Red have listened and are now working on getting it done, making Night City more accessible to all gamers.
