This morning we had one Rocksteady Montreal game reveal. While Gotham Knights isn't set in the Arkham universe, Suicide Squad Kill: Kill the Justice League is.
The game lets you take control of Deadshot, King Shark, Captain Boomerang or Harley Quinn. From the video, it looks like Brainiac has taken over and are in control of the Justice League. Well, Superman at least but we can assume the rest of the Justice League is under his control.
You can play the game by yourself or with up to three others and that's the entire game. Having three friends along will be something new for the Arkham type games.
The teaser shows off the humor the bad guys in Task Force X exhibit. Harley we know is rarely serious, but we got Captain Boomerang and his offbeat humor paired with the straight laced Deadshot and the intense King Shark.
It's going to take a lot to take down the Justice League and this band of villains will have their hands full not only dealing with the superheroes but with Braniac himself.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is due out sometime in 2022 for the PC, Xbox Series X, and PlayStation 5.
