Modern Warfare was a great return to what made Call of Duty fun but now it's time for Black Ops to step up to the plate. The first two were some of my favorite Call of Duty games and while I never did enjoy the multiplayer only fourth game, I'm excited to see what this next one brings to the table.
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is coming this Fall and today we got the reveal of the name as well as a date for the reveal. August 26th will show us the first glimpses of the game and it's suppose to be inspired by true events. Would this game have you try to capture the Soviet spy that was never caught, Perseus? It sure seems like he/she is going to be part of the game with the name being teased in the teaser.
So, six more days and we should know more about what the next Call of Duty is all about. I'm hoping for a grand return to the great single player story telling of the first two as well as the intense multiplayer battles of Modern Warfare but with the Black Ops spin that I enjoyed.
