Yesterday, NetherRealm studios released a teaser trailer for something Mortal Kombat 11 related and today we got the full reveal for Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath, an expansion coming to the game later this month.
Aftermath features a brand new story expansion that picks up where the original Mortal Kombat 11 story left off and the Aftermath expansion will also add three new characters. Fujin, Sheeva and Robocop.
However there is a bunch of free content coming to the game when Aftermath launches as well including two new stages The Dead Pool and Soul Chamber along with Stage Fatalities and Friendships.
If you already own Mortal Kombat 11 the Aftermath expansion can be purchased as an upgrade for $39.99. Those who do not own Mortal Kombat 11 can buy an all in one package that includes Mortal Kombat 11, Kombat Pack 1, 25 additional skins and the aftermath expansion for $59.99
Pre-ordering will get you three addition skins including "Unbound Rage" Scorpion, "Son of Arctika" Sub-Zero and "Kori Power" Frost along with two other skin packs released at a later date.
Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath launches on May 26th.
