More On: Planet Zoo

Back in December Planet Zoo players got to visit the Arctic to check out some new animals, but now it's time to head someplace a bit warmer and closer to the Equator. Planet Zoo: South America lets players meet five new animals including the Jaguar, Capuchin Monkey, Giant Anteater, Red-Eyed Tree Frog, and the Llama. In addition there are over 250 new building, scenery, and foliage pieces to choose from, all inspired by the environments of South America. While the South America pack is $9.99, Frontier has also launched some new features and content for existing players as part of a free content update that includes a new Genealogy tab that will enable players to trace the family tree of their animals, additional difficulty settings, research sharing across all franchise zoos, new foliage and enrichment items, and other fixes and improvements.
