Resident Evil Resistance is the online multiplayer component launching with Resident Evil 3 and new information has come out about new Masterminds and maps that will be available. The new Masterminds are Alex Wesker and Ozwell E Spencer.
Alex Wesker utilizes traps and can slow the Survivors down by manipulating the map with enhanced Zombies and Roadblocks. Alex can also call upon a carnivorous plant known as Yateveo. This stationary enemy won't move but if placed in the right spot it cans seriously obstruct the survivors
Ozwell E Spencer can utilize Disintegration fields which will damage any survivor that walks through it.
There will also be two new maps are Casino and Abandoned Park.
Casino: An entertainment facility for thrill seekers… and insidious Masterminds. Its still-operating slot machines and chips strewn across the floor tell the eerie tale of how hastily it was deserted during the collapse of Raccoon City.
Abandoned Park: A horror-themed park located on the outskirts of Raccoon City. It too was left abandoned when zombies and bioweapons overran Raccoon City. Now, monsters both real and imagined now patiently await visitors.
Resident Evil Resistance launches with Resident Evil 3 on April 3rd.
