Wolfenstein: Youngblood is out now and Machinegames has a launch trailer that introduces the story and gameplay. BJ Blazkowics' twin daughters Jess and Soph are on a mission to find their missing war hero father, and kill any Nazis that get in their way. Apparently they have Set Roth's ancient power armor to help them, along with an arsenal of more...conventional weaponry.
I'm currently reviewing Wolfenstein: Youngblood so you can stay tuned for my final review. So far...well Machinegames is just as solid on the FPS gameplay but I feel like the story is straying too far from the stark, Tarantino-esque roots established in Wolfenstein: the New Order and at this point it's getting a little silly. I mean, it's the 1980s in Youngblood and the resistance fighters have had power armor and nukes since the mid 60s. Why are the Nazis still a threat?
