Metro: Exodus had a predicable story but I thought it was still a great game and a good send off for this chapter of the story. Metro: Exodus however doesn't seem to be over as they have announced the game will be getting two new story expansions throughout the next year. This time around you won't be play as Artyom but as two new characters.
The first story mission, coming this Summer is called "The Two Colonels" and will tell the story of Colonel Khlebnikov as he tries to make his way home to his son Kirill for New Year's Eve. This story mission will contain the same gameplay as the main Metro campaign along with a new weapon, the flame-thrower.
The second DLC titled "Sam's Story" will arrive in early 2020 and will be a new sandbox survival level.
The expansion pass is available now on Xbox One, PS4 and PC and will cost $24.99.
