Who says the bad guys get to be the craziest-looking people in a game? In Far Cry New Dawn, you can be the craziest-person in the game. Either by ordering the Deluxe Edition ($49 rather than the vanilla game's $39), or by doing the currency dance with the Ubisoft Store, you can get a few customized weapons and vehicles. The Deluxe Edition comes with:
A pre-order of the Deluxe Edition will get you that super nutty Unicorn Trike skin. I'm not gonna lie, it's not much for a 20% increase in price. Yes, these weapons and vehicles have marginally better stats than their standard in-game variants. But you're really just tipping the waiter at this point. None of these things are game changers. Except for that Unicorn Trike, maybe. That thing's wacky. You're suddenly playing an entirely different video game if you roll around in that bad boy.
There are other outfit customizations you'll see in the trailer that aren't part of the Deluxe Edition. You'll have to earn some in-game Ubisoft currency (whatever that's called) or they will be in real-money packs for you to purchase.
Far Cry New Dawn is the standalone sequel to Far Cry 5. Out February 15 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
