Last Friday, Bethesda announced the details of the Dec 4th update for Fallout 76 that will hopefully bring some much needed relief to some of the more troubling issues in the game. Today, on Twitter we know when the game will be down in order to due the maintenance to the server and clients.
Starting at 9:00 a.m. EST, the servers will be brought down for the maintenance window to put forth the patch. Unlike prior patches on day one (55GB) and the first update after release (47GB), this is expected to be a more modest 3GB on console and 36MB on PC. Prior maintenance windows have lasted about 2 1/2 hours, so if everything goes smoothly we should be able to jump back online sometime before Noon EST tomorrow.
