Bethesda had a Fallout 76 event recently so you should be seeing a ton of content now from people playing the game. Bethesda themselves has put up a nice summary of things you'll encounter throughout the game.
VATS is now in real time, letting you see what you hit and what percentage of that hit will be so no more slowing down time and taking a breather.
AI, for now, consists of just robots, mutants, and ghouls along with a few other monsters here and there. There won't be any human types as all of them will be someone playing the game.
Something I didn't know before was there will be supply drops, so this will be a nice little way to get some stuff as well as probably a good place to set some traps for other players.
There are a few other details that you can see, but overall it looks like it's going to be a blast to play from what I've seen of others who were at the event.
Fallout 76 comes out November 14th, 2018 and will be on the PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
