Yesterday 2K gave us the rundown in part one of their series highlighting all of the changes and new features coming to WWE 2K19. Today they give us part two and highlights the changes and updates coming to WWE Universe mode.
One of the biggest updates to Universe mode this year is the ability to now assign six different championships to your shows. In previous years we only had four slot for championships and they had to be a world title, secondary title, tag titles and the women's title. This year you can put whatever titles you want and Money in the Bank briefcases count as one of those championship slots. So theoretically you could have six Money in the Bank briefcases running at once.
A new Superstar Profile feature lets you save changes you make to Superstars like their abilities, attributes and what not and lets you import them across all of your Universe saves.
You can also customize your show so certain match types will show up when the computer books your weekly shows. This means that if you want to run a hardcore promotion like ECW or CZW that specializes in extreme matches, you can set it will only set matches like No DQ, Falls Count Anywhere, Tables, Ladder, Hell in a Cell, Cage matches etc.
Another amazing feature is the ability to choose who wins matches when you are simming through your shows. Thank god for this because now we can make sure our shows are playing out the way we want them to and we won't have to be a the mercy of the CPU anymore.
Finally, another feature the community has wanted for years is the ability to now assign managers to superstars. Up to three managers can be assigned to a single Superstar and will appear at ringside with them in singles and tag team matches.
Full details on all of the changes can be found on WWE 2K's official website.
