Episode 1 of Life is Strange 2 releasing on 9/26/18...unless it isn't

The Official Twitter feed banner for Life is Strange 2: Episode 1 has the release on 09/27/18.  However, all hell is breaking loose after the official twitter feed stated today that it will be releasing by platform and region based on the graphic below.  A clarifying tweet in the thread for PAL countries also states that the game will release at midnight as 9/25 turns to 9/26, while North America is to follow the times below on the 26th. 

The problem with that is people are posting that the countdown clocks on their devices are not matching up with midnight tonight.  I checked steam myself to see if it would align with 12 Noon EST tomorrow, and it states 1 day and 23 hours, which is NOT ~24 hours from now.  So there you have it, the game will be available in about 12 hours, unless it isn't.  Most likely there will be updates and resets done on all the system release clocks, but for now, and until that happens, most people will not see the game until sometime on the 27th.
