Strange Brigade is an exciting new co-op shooter that follows an intrepid band of adventurers as they battle supernatural forces of evil in 1930’s Europe. Gaming Nexus has gone all in on Strange Brigade today, offering two separate reviews (Zach played on PC, and I played on the PS4). In addition to those rather positive reviews, some exciting news dropped today regarding Strange Brigade’s roadmap of expansions and DLC.
Rebellion has released a robust list of additional content for Strange Brigade. Some of the content is free to all players, and some of the content is sold separately. Season Pass holders are entitled to everything.
Available immediately, Rebellion is providing a three free levels (Harbin's Dig Path, Hidden Valley and Tunnels of Wadjet) for Score Attack mode, and a new free Palace map for Horde mode. Also available today for $6.99 is the “Texas Cowboy Pack”, which gives players a new character to take into battle against the undead hordes. From the PlayStation Store blurb: “A rough-around-the-edges brawler and adventurer, Patrick ''Bash'' Conaghan is happy to go wherever there's danger and treasure to be found. Along with brand new amulet power, his master gunslinger skills bless him with hefty headshots and an extra few rounds of ammo!”
Then, in early October, Strange Brigade starts regularly rolling out a ton more content, including the “Thrice Damned” three-part campaign mission, and three new characters. In addition to that paid content, a steady stream of free maps will be appearing for Score Attack and Horde mode.
