Xbox Live experiencing some issues

Seems like Microsoft is having issues across multiple products today, with Azure being down earlier and now Xbox Live not allowing for payments, redemption of codes, downloading purchases and game/profile syncing.  This appears to be extended to similar platforms (Xbox Live Anywhere on PC) and is being worked on by the teams.
