Leading off for Sony's E3 event, The Last of Us Part II shows Ellie at a dance and being courted by another girl when it leads into a very violent and bloody sequence. Yeah, Ellie and the other humans aren't messing around.
You see a lot of up close, personal, brutal kills and to me, it definitely trumps what was seen in the previous games in terms of brutality. There's no signs of Joel anywhere so we don't know if he's just not around or if he's dead. I feel he's past on.
No release date yet, but the trailer below shows off something that fans of the previous game can get excited about.
