An update on Bethesda's website has confirmed the release dates of its three DLC missions, altogether titled "The Freedom Chronicles" for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus.
Released November 7th but also included with Season Pass or Pre-Order, the first mission: "Episode Zero", introduces players to the three characters they'll be controlling: Joseph Stallion, Jessica Valiant, and Gerard Walkins. The description on Bethesda's website sounds like it'll be a primer, showing off all the skills that each of the characters will use in their Nazi killing escapades.
The first proper mission will release December 14th. Titled "The Adventures of Gunslinger Joe", this will focus on Joseph Stallion, a former quarterback who smashes "through Nazi hordes from the ruins of Chicago to the vastness of space!"
The second episode, releasing January 30th, 2018, focuses on former OSS agent-turned-assassin Jessica Valiant. "The Diaries of Agent Silent Death" will have Jessica explore California and find out the secrets of Operation San Andreas.
The final episode: "The Amazing Deeds of Captain Walkins", releases March 2018. Per the site's description, Gerard Walkins will go to Alaska to dismantle Operation Black Sun.
Wolfenstein II was awesome. MachineGames understands what makes a shooter fun, and backed that up with excellent writing and characterization. I'm excited for the new American locations in this DLC collection, and hope they continue their winning streak.
